Many people voiced concerns about the 2020 election, particularly in light of an unprecedented number of reports highlighting potential voter fraud and localized irregularities in voting systems. A small, diverse group of engaged citizens — including local attorneys, retired military personnel, retired school teachers, pastors, and people like you — took the initiative to directly address these issues with their local county and state officials. Driven by a unified concern, these individuals sought to answer a pressing question: "Was our election stolen?"

On August 16, 2023, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis indicted President Trump and 18 other defendants, for defending their legal right to contest an election. The fact that they have been harassed, threatened and now indicted by Fulton District Fani Willis is an assault on the First Amendment and the rule of law.

Indicted Georgia Electors

CATHY LATHAM

Cathy Latham was indicted by a Fulton County grand jury being led by DA Fani Willis. While you may know her as an alternate elector and former County GAGOP Chair, she is also a retired public school teacher living on a teacher's pension.

DAVID SHAFER

The chairman of the Georgia GOP who joined President Trump as co-plaintiff in his lawsuit to contest the 2020 presidential election in Georgia. David Shafer and the other contingent Republican electors in Georgia who cast votes to preserve President Trump’s remedies under that lawsuit are patriots who love this country and did absolutely nothing wrong.

Served as President Trump’s lead counsel during the 2020 election in Georgia. Smith is not just a lawyer; he is a husband, a father, and a friend to everyone in the community and now needs your help. Jeff Clark has been targeted for cancellation by the hyper-partisan January 6 Committee, the "mainstream" media, and a collection of leftist law professors and supposed "Republicans" who are conveniently never-Trumpers.

HARRISON FLOYD

Harrison is also a veteran of America's finest--the United States Marine Corp. He is a disabled vet and lives off that pension. For him to be treated this way is a travesty.

Mike Roman was the 2020 Trump Campaign's Director of Election Day Operations. He also worked on the 2016 Trump Campaign and served in the White House. Mike, a father of eight and a devout Roman Catholic, is being targeted by the government in an unprecedented effort to criminalize politics.

On August 16, 2023, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis indicted Trevian Kutti for interviewing election worker Ruby Freeman in a police station. While the media has access to the full body-cam video and conversation with Freeman, they have chosen to cut and paste the body cam video to make it look like a crime.
